El ruido del silencio puede ser perturbador, como un murmullo que no podemos identificar pero que nos inquieta. Puede recordarnos que hay cosas que preferimos no escuchar o que preferimos ignorar.
Pero el silencio tiene un poderoso impacto en nuestras emociones y en nuestra percepción del mundo que nos rodea. En medio del ruido constante y la algarabía, es necesario encontrar un espacio de calma y serenidad, un refugio donde podamos escuchar nuestra propia voz y recuperar el equilibrio para adentrarnos en nuestra propia esencia (perdida).
¿Es posible este encuentro con el silencio?

The noise of silence can be disturbing, like a murmur that we cannot identify but that disturbs us. It can remind us that there are things that we prefer not to hear or that we prefer to ignore.
But silence has a powerful impact on our emotions and our perception of the world around us. In the midst of the constant noise and hubbub, it is necessary to find a space of calm and serenity, a refuge where we can listen to our own voice and recover our balance to delve into our own (lost) essence.
Is this encounter with silence possible?
